创建共享额度池。bin 必须为 GET /card-products 中 kind=shared 的卡段；authMoney ≥ 目录/商户 minTopup。钱包扣 authMoney + 入池手续费（USD 不足自动兑币）；withFirstCard=true 时另扣附属开卡费并开第一张子卡。成功返回 group / externalGroupId / fee / totalDebit。
