字段	字段含义
otp	验证码（敏感，约 5 分钟）
cardId	卡 ID
cardMask	掩码卡号
merchantName	商户名
transactionAmount / transactionCurrency	交易金额与币种
otpId / expireAt / ttlMinutes	记录 ID 与过期

安全：otp 勿长期明文落库。
