在共享池下开 1～100 张附属卡。前置：池 status=1（正常）；钱包足够支付每张共享开卡费；count 为 1–100。返回：card / cards / openFeeUnit / openFeeTotal；count>1 时 alias 自动加后缀；余额不足返回 42201（余额不足）。
